For my first Fashion Show, I designed two male bedazzled crewnecks. I hand-bedazzled two black crewnecks using rhinestones, tweezers, an applicator tool and fabric adhesive. Bedazzling clothing involves embellishing garments with decorative elements such as rhinestones, beads, sequins, or other sparkly elements. This technique adds a touch of glamour and flair to the fabric, creating a visually striking and unique aesthetic. In the context of men's streetwear, bedazzling introduces an element of bold individuality and expressive style. While streetwear traditionally leans towards casual and urban-inspired looks, incorporating bedazzling techniques can elevate a piece, making it a statement item. For example, bedazzled details on denim jackets, hoodies, or accessories like hats or sneakers can offer a distinctive edge to men's streetwear.
